Labelling the wrong turns

The temptation with a personal site is to keep only the good bits. It makes a tidier index and a worse record.

Every item here carries a number and a date. If something is wrong and gets fixed, the correction sits at the top of the piece with a red rule down the left, and the original stays underneath. If an experiment fails it moves to abandoned, it does not get removed.

The point of a notebook is that you can see what you thought at the time.
